Finale Spoiler Pics

Like almost everyone else around here I’m on a self-imposed, spoiler restricted diet right now.

Well, I thought I was. But then I saw these and, well…FUCK THAT.

I’m on it like a fat kid on cake.

I’ve hidden these juicy, ERIC-CENTRIC finale pictures for the benefit of those who have more self control than I.

Spoil Me, Evil Temptress

“I can protect you – or have passionate, primal sex with you…”

Well, NO WONDER Sookie was looking so fucking stupefied when she issued that invitation.

Quite obviously, she was floundering her way back to sanity through a swamp of lust ;).

Holy mother of HOT VIKINGS, she is not the only one.

Poor Sookie. Honey, you just don’t have a hope.

First look at Alcide, and Eric loses his shiz (in more ways than one)

I can hardly keep up with all of this today.

Six new videos out, they are slowly going up on YouTube and I will update the post as they become available.

Now that I am done drooling, can I just say the Pam is FIERCE in this scene. True Blood Pam, and book Pam are the same and I love both, so hard.

Gratuitous Supernatural Nudity

There are no words.

For two days now, I have been taunted by rumors of an open-robed Eric appearing in a new promo. I have hunted high and low for this promo and it appears HBO have just released it online…while I’m trying to get a post up, here are some stills from askarsswedishmeatballs.

This damn thing should be high rotation on HBO, what the fuck is WRONG with them?

I would sit in front of my TV for six hours straight without a pee break to see this.

And in other True Blood naked man meat news, @JoeManganiello tweeted this last night. Apparently there was an article with it but I found it hard to summon up much interest in reading anything with this in my face.

It is here if you’d like to try your luck.

I gotta tell you, I was not feeling this guy for Alcide at all when he was cast, and I’m reserving my opinion until I see him in the role.

I demand a face off between Eric and Alcide in season 3. I DEMAND IT.

Lurker-Bill to make his debut on True Blood?

Jennifer Thomas of has posted an article on the first three episodes of True Blood season 3.

There are a few interesting tidbits within, and you should head over there to read the full piece.

This little snippet is of particular interest.

This season’s big bad is the werewolves, which gives plenty of opportunities to introduce (sorry, going for the easy pun here) fresh meat. But the wolves also aren’t taking away from the main characters, but actually adding new dimensions to them. For example, it’s revealed that Bill might have had his eye on Sookie for much longer than normal.

This ties in nicely with the Televisionary review a few weeks back, which revealed the following:

…James Frain’s Franklin Mott…uncovers a very intriguing subplot that could change our perceptions of certain events in the series’ very early days.

Sophie-Anne’s edict? The Rattrays bashing? A bit of both?

Either way, it seems we are going to find out what Bill is up to long before Sookie does.

Thanks Freyja.

Sookeh. Ah must reveal to yew now things of which ah am loathe to speak. At naht, while yew are sleeping, ah lurk in your woods and ah listen to your excessively raucous relations with that detestable Vahking. Oh, and ah am here to seduce yew for mah Queen.

More Bon Temps Intrigue

The episode synopses for Eps 4, 5 and 6 of True Blood have just appeared online.

Episode #28: “9 Crimes”: Sookie joins Alcide at a raucous engagement party for his former fiancée, Debbie Pelt; Eric is given a deadline to locate Bill; Andy gets a promotion and draws Jason’s attention; Franklin takes Tara on a road trip; Arlene is irked by Jessica’s arrival at Merlotte’s; Sam brokers a deal with Tommy and his parents; Bill “procures” dinner for Russell and Lorena. (Written by Kate Barnow & Elisabeth R. Finch; directed by David Petrarca.)
Playdates: July 11, 13, 14, 17 and 28

Eric’s deadline is presumably from Sophie Anne or the Magister. And Jessica is going to waitress at Merlottes! Oh fun times.

Episode #29: “Trouble”: Alcide and Sookie turn to an alpha-wolf “packmaster” for advice on how to deal with Russell’s minions. Tara considers a proposal from Franklin, who’s completed his mission for Russell; Joe Lee breaks his promise to Sam and Tommy; Lafayette learns the meaning of patience from Jesus, his mother’s orderly; Jason meets his match in a mysterious girl named Crystal. An heirloom reminds Eric of his past and his ongoing thirst for vengeance. (Written by Nancy Oliver; directed by Scott Winant.)
Playdates: July 18, 20, 21, 24 and 28

So the heirloom is probably that mysterious ring we keep seeing around Eric’s neck. Who is the alpha-wolf packmaster, I wonder? Have we seen a casting for this?

And it does sound as though Franklin is going to have a genuine (if twisted) interest in Tara, being that he will continue to hang around after completing Russell’s mission. Confirmation that Franklin is indeed working for Russell makes all of Franklin’s snooping into Bill’s affairs and his early relationship with Sookie especially juicy, doesn’t it?

Episode #30: “I Got a Right to Sing the Blues”: Spurned by Eric, Sookie fears the worst for Bill, whose fate now lies in Lorena’s hands. Fueled by a night of bloody passion, Tara executes a desperate plan to stave off Franklin’s advances. In Bon Temps, Tommy finds it difficult to leave the family nest; Jessica gets her fix from a Merlotte’s customer; and Jason’s romance with Crystal hits a snag, as does Lafayette’s with Jesus. After revealing his master plan to Eric, Russell pays a visit to Louisiana in order to start executing it. (Written by Alan Ball; directed by Michael Lehmann.)
Playdates: July 25, 27, 28, 30 and 31

Sookie is SPURNED! And you thought Eric only wanted to get down your pants, Miss Sookie. FOR SHAME.

So this has to be the sequence at Alcide’s. It’s real – and Sookie blubbering over Bill explains the snotty tissues all over the bed, at least. But Eric is going to put the skids on it? GOOD. I’m so pleased that we aren’t going there this season, and doubly pleased they don’t intend to start Eric and Sookie with rebound sex. Sookie having a knee jerk response to Bill’s douchebaggery – and Eric moving in on that would piss me off. Probably worse than what they’ve done to his hair. You know it would be ugly…so yes, this is awesome. Confirmation that Sookie is beginning to see him in a different light, combined with proof positive that Eric is NOT just about getting into Sookie’s undies. Thank you very much, Mr Ball.

And before you all start in on me – I know that in book 3, getting down Sookie’s undies was still a primary goal of Eric’s and one he almost managed to execute successfully. There is a reason that I don’t want to see it happen here and it is this: Eric and Sookie don’t have the same foundation to their relationship that existed between the two of them at the same point in the novels. Eric is still very much a closed book to Sookie in True Blood – and any sexual interaction between them now, especially interaction which is rebound for Sookie – will just make him look worse. So let’s get to know him better first…and that goes for Sookie as well.

Jessica is snacking on the Merlotte’s clientele – I’m saying it again, that girl is screwed.

Someone was speculating in the Prediction Tent post that perhaps Tommy Mickens will return to Bon Temps with Sam – this theory sounds firmer now.

And Russell reveals his master plan to Eric? Watch your back Sophie-Anne – your crazy ass is about to be handed to you on a plate, by the sounds of things. I’m very intrigued as to why Russell would be letting Eric in on this little plan though – perhaps Russell has made a deal with Eric in return for his help removing Sophie Anne. Let’s face it, we all know she’s going to be cactus by the end of this season. Hmmm…I wonder what Russell could promise Eric when Sophie-Anne is out of the picture?

Any ideas?? I have one…

Thanks to legalese for the heads up.

“Mr Northman, will you please come in?”

Mr Northman?

I am giggling like a schoolgirl!

Thanks Mony.
