I just found this pic on Tumblr. I haven’t seen it before.
Look at the size of his hand compared to that wine glass. His hands make me think dirty things. They are HUGE.
But I digress. So…I’m thinking our boy likes a drink.
I like to drink…so I like this about him. Most celebs would have you believe that they live off purified air and the organic juice of exotic amazon fruits. They wouldn’t be caught dead pissing it up in public, much less be photographed blind drunk.
Not Skars. Uh-uh. He has no problem whatsoever with the whole world thinking he’s a raging alco. I love it.
Anyone who can drink like he does and still get to the gym in the morning will forever have my undying admiration.

Oh lordy… his fingers make me tingle all over.
As I, too, am a fan of the drink, the fact that Skars does it and does it well only adds to his charisma. One would imagine that drinking with party!skars would be a heck of a good time.
As for the photographic evidence: I especially love the *headdesk* moment and the pic where Stark Sands is holding him back while he’s yelling what is likely to be some hot Viking warcry.
Sunday is becoming one of my favourite days of the week!

amazing! too funny! thanks to a wonderful start to my day! just wondering htough, how REALLY plastered is he? he IS european, and has likely known how to hold his alcohol from an early age. in the majority he seems to be in control of it all, looks like he’s having a ball!

After I got done ogling – these goddamn see through shirts are seriously starting to become an issue for my productivity – I thought how nice it is to see him with classy woman for a change.
It suits him.
Another thing I noticed – he still hasn’t lightened his hair. I’ve been waiting for the highlights to appear now that True Blood filming has started. Maybe they’re changing his look again this season.

There was a funny quote that PJ Ransone said about ASkars when asked if he kept his distance from the others during the filming of GK that kinda reminded me of this post:
PJ Ransone: “Yes, he kept his distance..he would go back to his hotel to prepare for scenes the following day. This is because Alex has a Swedish accent and he wanted to be as authentic as possible. He quarantined himself from the rest of us because when he did go out, he was the wildest party animal i’ve ever seen. The two occasions we went out, Alex sang the Swedish football anthem and tried to fight the entire town. After that I was like ‘Yeah dude, I get why you won’t hang out with us. If you get killed or go to an African prison, the producers are gonna be pissed!'”
So I guess the “Viking warcry” isn’t far from the truth! LOL I would SO love to party w/ this man!
I love that story so much. I also read somewhere (I can’t remember where or I would copy and paste) that Alex’s father Stellan sent Alex off with Paul Bettany with the sole mission to get his son drunk enough so that he could be ugly and Stellan could win Sexiest Man in Sweden but Paul Bettany said no matter what he did he couldn’t get Alex to not look beautiful and Alex held his liquor better than anyone he ever met.
It was something like that and hilarious.
This week I’m not sure what I enjoyed more, reading/seeing the Sunday Skars blog post or reading the comments. I love you all, lol. So here’s a toast to the best reason in a long time to looking forward to Sundays, men that know how to have a good time, having desiginated drivers (cause safety is important!) and doing Jager bombs and body shots with ASkars!
On a side note, can you just imagine what a helluva good party we could all have if we were in one location? Oh the drunken ASkars games we would play. 😉 I’m thinking for a start a competition to see who can best impersonate a Viking war cry and for those of us that want to take the aggression a step further, a dart board of AB’s face (and soft tipped darts to protect ourselves of course). It may be a good thing that we’re all spread all over the world.
And that picture oh my! The first though that went through me head when I looked at that picture, was that “He is trying to kill us!” A see through shirt paired with jeans…. I love him in anything (or nothing) but jeans on that man just make me want to do bad things to him/with him/for him/any of the above.

What just kills me is how modest ASkars is. I saw a couple of interviews with him om YouTube. He is COMPLETELY oblivious as to why everyone is dying of love for him. I guess that’s why I love him!
I love that there is a place to share our obsession. To me, it’s like our own little book club where we’re free to share our ideas and discuss/rant about anything! I think I would go crazy without this kind of outlet. Love to you all! 🙂
It is nice to see him with a classy woman like Marion Cotillard. She’s stunning and seems very sweet and genuine. I bet they conversed in French! *swoon*
First of all, thank you for lovely, drunken Skars. Absolutely made my day to see such a beautiful man party it up (and I concur with all statements to the effect of “what I wouldn’t give to take few shots with/body shots off of that man”).

His hands are so large I don’t know whether to think naughty thoughts or be somewhat concerned. Michael looks as though his jaw could be crushed in one quick second!
P.S. Speaking of shameless fangirling – I have convinced my husband we must go to the Coachella Music Festival this April, and though he thinks it’s because of the amazing music, it’s actually because I know ASkars was there last year and I am hoping he might make a stop this year.

I do love Askars and in all his drunken disheveled glory. He is so very, very pretty. I’m glad that that he is only posing with men in those photos. If not, I might have to turn psycho manic fangirl on that “hypothetical girl” who’s chest he would be touching. 😀
